This Offer to establish a credit card account is made by Applied Bank of Wilmington, DE (“we”, “us”, “our”).

APPROVAL AND CREDIT LIMIT TERMS: By accepting this Offer you are requesting an Applied Bank credit card account. You will receive an account with a credit limit equal to your deposit (see CREDIT AVAILABILITY section). Regardless of your initial credit limit, over the life of your account your credit limit may be increased from credit limit increase programs and other special offers, which may be subject to fees.

CREDIT AVAILABILITY: The first Annual Fee will be charged to your account when your account is opened, so your initial credit availability will be $50.00 less than your deposit. Any charges for Optional Card Benefits, such as Applied Advantage, will further reduce your initial available credit. All account purchases and cash advances or any other fees and charges will reduce credit availability at the time they are charged to your account. Account related fees, if incurred, will continue to be charged even if your account is Overlimit. If, on any day during the billing cycle, purchases, cash advances, account related fees or any other fees, and charges, including interest charged on the last day of the billing cycle and Payment Protection Plus premiums, result in your account balance exceeding your credit limit, you will be charged an Overlimit Fee for each billing cycle your account is over the credit limit.

Notice: If you accept or use an account, you do so subject to the terms of this Offer and the Credit Card Agreement, which will be sent to you (“Agreement”). The Agreement and terms of your account are subject to change. The Agreement includes a binding arbitration provision, which, if not rejected by you, may replace your right to go to court, as well as other rights you may have, including the right to a jury and the right to participate in a class action or similar proceeding. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE SUBJECT TO BACK-UP WITHOLDING, ADVISE US BY PROV|||Basically you're signing your life away, and if you don't pay them on their terms, they can take your first born child and your left testicle as payment instead.|||Everything is fine except the annual fee. 50 bucks, are you kidding? Get one from the bank you go to. They usually dont have an annual fee. You shouldn't have to pay an annual fee. 50 bucks is ridiculous.|||Basically it sounds like they they will give you credit on your own money %26amp; charge you $50. for that privilege. They are not loaning you any money but charging you for the money they hold for you.

Open a savings account with any bank or credit union and apply for a debit card which will be a master or visa card. You will earn interest on your savings (not charged for it like the company above does!)|||First, are you aware this is a secured safety card? Read the next to the last paragraph, The second sentence in capital letters states that you agree to open an account with the credit card company. That means the credit limit of the card is subject to the amount you have in the account securing this card. Just wanted to make sure you knew that. For me the $50 annual fee just for having the card would be a deal breaker. The first statement you receive will already have a $50 charge on it just for this fee. I would definitely shop around for one without the mandatory $50 annual fee.
