How can i reduce my tight and belle? How do i have a small waist?

Thighs are more sensitive part and would reduce often. But cannot be maintained. There are various options. Refer the good website suggested here.|||To loose 1 pound of weight a week you need to lose 3500 calories a week,although this sounds a lot,divided by seven days its only 500 calories a day.now 500 calories can be lost in 2 simple ways,either by a little exercise a day,why not walk the dog a bit more,the other way is to just eat a little less.I cannot believe the ammont of money wasted on buying diet formulas,its as easy as abc,just eat less,or exercise more,simple,just think a months time you could have that lovely little waistline you have always wanted .Best of luck
