Points2shop problem? what do i do?

can someone help me. everytime i go on points2shop it sais "your status prevents you from accessing those areas" wtf this is the second time it happened on my old acc. and now this one. All i did was order something and the next day i get this wtf everytime. if u know how to fix this plz let me kno|||you kind of answered your own question there... your new account?
