I made up a pokemon, tell me what you think of it?

Its probably too unfair but i thought the idea of a dark/psychc was cool so yeah

Base stats hp: 100 atk: 70 def: 110 sp atk: 60 Sp def: 120 spd: 75


-Bite (dark) foe is bitten-may flinch 60 pwr 30% effect 30 pp


-disable (normal) for several turn this move prevents the foe from using the move it last used 80% acc 20 pp`


- double team (normal) raises evasiveness 15 pp


-confuse ray (ghost) the foe is exposed to a sinister ray that triggers confusion 10 pp


Lvl 8 kilo-bite (dark) foe is bitten –may flinch 65 pwr 50% effect 25 pp


Lvl 14 fire wall (psychc) suppress special/physical damage for 5 turns 15 pp (reduces damage by 45%)


Lvl 20 sleep mode (psychc) the user goes to sleep for one turn returning it to full health 10 pp


Lvl 23 embargo (dark) prevents the foe from using held items. Prevents opponent from using item on Pokémon. 15 pp


Lvl 25 recycle (normal) the user recycles a held item that it used in the past 10 pp


Lvl 27 mega-bite (dark) foe is bitten-may flinch 70 pwr 60% effect 20 pp


Lvl 35 trick- the user catches the foe off guard and switches its held item with its own 10 pp
