What's the status on the American Commerce Center in Philly?

What's the latest on the ACC tower? I can't seem to find anything recent online. Did investors drop out? Is this thing going to be built?|||Man! Sorry that i can't be more helpful. I so feel for you. Good luck with working this issue out. I had the exact same problem just a while ago;P
